Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and use the 'Get shipping estimates' widget at the bottom of the page.

International orders: Customs and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. UI Stencils does not pay this tax for you.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
1-3 business days processing plus shipping time. Shipping times listed below:

Domestic: 2-5 business days to deliver [Priority days refer to business days]
International orders: 2-6 weeks to deliver

FedEx Ground Options [No FedEx Ground pick-ups on weekends]
FedEx Ground: 5 business days

FedEx Domestic Shipping Options [No FedEx pick-ups on Sundays]
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next day delivery
FedEx 2Day: 2-3 business days
FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days

FedEx International Shipping Options [No FedEx International pick-ups on Sundays]
FedEx International Priority: 2-4 business days
FedEx International Economy: 2-5 business days

Where does my order come from?
All orders ship from Denver, Colorado.

Will UI Stencils ship to my country?
We will ship to all major domestic and international locations.

Help! Why is my package stuck at the sort facility in the USA?
Don't worry, this is simply last trackable feedback from USPS before your package leaves the USA. When a package arrives in its destination country, it is then handed off to the destination country's postal service and is no longer trackable. At this point the package goes through customs.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Items in new or unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Here are the steps to return or exchange an item.

1. Email us to alert us of the return or exchange.

2. Include the copy of the receipt email.

3. Mail the return or exchange to:

4. Once the item is received, we will ship out the new item or issue the refund.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We would love to help you with a bulk order. We also have the capability to customize our products. Please email mail@uistencils.com for more information.

Can I have a stencil or notebook custom made?
Yes. If you are interested in a bulk quantity of custom product please email us for more details.
