Our stencil kits pays homage to the fact that ideas flow naturally with pencil and paper. The kits are designed to quickly sketch user interface, user flows, and ideas for how your app might work.

Shipping

• Will UI Stencils ship to my country?

  We will ship to all major domestic and international locations. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

• How much does shipping cost?

  It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and begin the checkout process. Once you have submitted your shipping address, your shipping costs will be presented to you. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

• What shipping method do you use?

  Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

• How long does it take for my order to arrive? Can I have a tracking number?

  Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide tracking numbers.

• How secure is this store?

  This store uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) for payments, and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

• What is your return policy?

  If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days of receipt. Please ship it back and include a copy of the receipt email. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.
